Event Overview
Join us in sacred community as we explore resistance through a spiritual, psychological, and somatic lens.
So often, resistance shows up as shame, procrastination, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, and the haunting belief that we are “never enough.” These patterns are not proof that something is wrong with us. They are survival adaptations — signs of where our energy has frozen, where the nervous system has gotten stuck in loops of fear, perfectionism, or collapse.
In a world filled with uncertainty, distraction, and constant demands, moving through resistance is not optional — it is essential. Left untended, stuckness spirals into exhaustion and disconnection from purpose. But when we approach resistance with compassion and curiosity, it becomes a portal to aliveness, authenticity, and creative flow.
From a shamanic perspective, resistance is a teacher. From psychology, it is a protective part. From a somatic lens, it is the body’s way of keeping us safe. Together, we will remember that resistance does not mean we are broken — it means there is energy waiting to move.
This ceremony will weave shamanic principles, somatic practices, and modern psychology to help participants release shame, move through procrastination, and reconnect with the deeper flow of life.
You will leave with:
-
A reframed understanding of resistance as a teacher, not an enemy
-
Somatic tools to move through procrastination, freeze, and shame loops
-
Practices to shift imposter syndrome into authentic confidence
-
Shamanic perspectives on transmuting “stuck” energy into vitality and purpose
-
A renewed sense of spaciousness, self-compassion, and clarity
