In these times of collapse, chaos, and rapid change, grief work is not optional, it is essential.

Unprocessed grief becomes rage, numbness, burnout, and disconnection. But when honored, grief becomes a gateway: to belonging, to power, to wholeness. We grieve because we love and because something in us refuses to let the sacredness of life be forgotten.
